- Hi, my name is Katie and I am married to my best friend, Joseph. We have been married since April 2006. I have PCOS which causes me to not be able to conceive children of my own. We are so happy to announce we are new parents as of June 13, 2013 due to adoption. God has sure blessed us beyond measure and I can't wait to watch Emma Katherine grow up into a bright and beautiful young lady. We also have 2 sweet little Yorkies, Maggie Mae and Sophia Grace whom we love and adore so much. This blog is my story of our life and how hard it has been to conceive a child of our own, but GOD had bigger plans in store for us. :)
